Experienced Estate Agent – Sales and Lettings
Callaghans Ltd is a local estate agency based in Gatley, covering South Manchester. We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent to join our friendly team, supporting both residential sales and lettings.
This role would suit someone with strong knowledge of the local property market who enjoys working with clients and takes pride in delivering excellent service. We are open to full-time or part-time applicants and can be flexible on hours for the right person. The candidate must have a full UK Drivers Licence.
Key responsibilities
You will support the team with:
- Property viewings
- Sales and lettings enquiries
- Property measure-ups
- Taking property photos
- Preparing brochures and marketing materials
- Helping clients sell or rent their homes
- Speaking with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
- Negotiating offers and contracts
- General office duties
