We are passionate about coffee and customer service and are looking for a talented barista to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Educate customers on different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and our artisan approach.
- Assist with stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Work as part of a dynamic team to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is a must.
- Ability to dial in coffee and adjust brewing parameters for optimal flavor.
- Proficiency in manual brewing methods, including V60 pour-over.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and improve craft skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
