The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong client partnerships, sourcing exceptional talent, and delivering a premium candidate experience across Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences markets.
You’ll benefit from tailored business development and marketing support, plus guidance from an experienced, hands-on leadership team.
The role also offers scope to progress into Team Leader or strategic business roles as the company continues to grow.
