We are currently recruiting for a Cleaners to cover a sites based in Torquay. Must be trustworthy, reliable, enthusiastic and confident in their duties.
Shifts: Permeant full time overtime hours available, must be flexible!
Part Time: Weekend 2 x cleaners 0600-1100
The main purpose of the role for is to assist the Cleaning Manager with ensuring that all areas of the site are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Overseeing other members of staff and assisting them with their duties
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Bin emptying, litter picking
- Chewing gum removal
- Maintaining all centre public areas during trading hours.
- Dealing with spillages.
- Maintaining designated external areas
- Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery
- Use of leaf blowers and sweeping equipment
- Operation of balers & compactors
- Meter readings
- Fire alarm testing
- Liaising with tenants and contractors
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience advantageous but not essential (training is provided)
- Possesses the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- You will need to be energetic, punctual, and reliable with a proactive approach to your work
- Driving Licence Essential
Pay: £12.71 per hour
