As Conference and Events Sales Co-ordinator with Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre you will be responsible for conversion of conference & event enquiries into confirmed sales and the coordination of each event until handover to Operations.
You will build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and help grow conference and event sales. By understanding each client's requirements, you will provide suitable solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
Through clear, timely and professional communication with clients by telephone, email and in person, both before and after the event, you will create a positive impression of the hotel and help maintain it’s reputation for delivering successful conference and events.
The Conference and Events Sales Coordinatorwith Crowne Plaza Liverpool will also be expected to carry out the following duties to the best of their ability:
· Drive C&E sales conversions
· Accurately coordinate events
· Ensure timely and effective communication with all clients and event planners
· Promote and champion IHG sales tools and initiatives
· Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
· Identification of further opportunities from existing and new business
· Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
· Attend and coordinate hotel sales driven & promotional activities
· Maintain social media and marketing initiatives

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
· At least 1 years experience in a Customer Service or sales driven environment.
