The Role
Are you a talented and creative chef with a passion for seasonal cooking? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love you to join our team as Chef / Sous Chef / Head Chef.
This is a senior role overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations across the business. You’ll lead a skilled team to deliver:
- Brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea menus in our Farm Shop Restaurant.
- Freshly made deli products including pies, pastries, cakes, and bakes for our shop and hampers.
- Bespoke menus for events at The Manor Rooms, from fine dining to grazing tables and street food.
Your creativity and leadership will ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across everything we do.
What We’re Looking For
- A chef with flair for seasonal menus, bold flavours, and beautiful presentation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a talented team.
- A passion for locally sourced ingredients and delivering unforgettable experiences.
Key Details
- Reporting to the Head Chef / Executive Head Chef
- Competitive salary (dependent on position applied for and experience) plus tips
- Paid hourly to ensure you’re compensated for every hour worked
- Own transport essential due to rural location
