Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Organise daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and optimise product placement.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the store premises.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via phone or in person.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.

- Proven management experience within retail environments with strong supervising capabilities.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Proficiency in sales management, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Sound organisational skills with attention to detail in stock control and store presentation.
- Experience in managing staff schedules, training programmes, and performance reviews.
