What will you be doing? We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Adviser to join work in our store in our Stroud store with cover from time to time in Cirencester. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then. The job would be a 20-24 hour position with overtime available
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are level-headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. We want somebody who wants to progress their retail career. The right person will be developed into a senior sales advisor. It can be a demanding role and you’ll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays, but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity.
