Here at DNA Girls Football, we are dedicated to providing high-level, personalised coaching for young girls in football. With a strong focus on player development, we design every session to give players the opportunity to learn something new and develop the bravery to explore how that looks for them in game-based environments.
Our two primary aims at DNA Girls Football are to:
- Bridge the gap between grassroots and academy-level football for girls already playing in the local area.
- Nurture a love of football in girls, bringing more into the game and keeping as many girls involved as possible.
We are looking for an enthusiastic coach with a genuine passion for player development to deliver high-quality sessions while building strong relationships with players, helping them feel acknowledged, supported, and encouraged.
The role will primarily involve planning sessions guided by our curriculum and delivering after-school girls’ football clubs across the BCP area. There will also be opportunities to take part in half-term holiday camps.
While the role will initially involve 1–4 hours per week, our long-term vision is to integrate new coaches as vital members of the team as we continue to grow, expand our reach, and positively impact as many young female footballers as possible.
