Registered Manager

About you:
As a Registered Manager, you will hold full responsibility and accountability for the strategic direction and day-to-day operational success of the home. You will ensure the delivery of an outstanding service experience for our residents, maintaining the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance.
Strong leadership is essential in this role. You will inspire and empower your team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting collaboration, professional development, and the sharing of knowledge and best practice across the service.
Essential Requirements:
· To have QCF Level 4 or Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults Residential Management) OR working towards.
· To be registered with Social Care Wales
· Leadership / Management experience
· Be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the needs of the older person and the role of the Registered Manager
· Proven record and passion for providing elderly, person centred care and positive outcomes
· Positive, flexible attitude and a desire to make a difference
· Embrace Home policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operation of the Home
· Provide direction and leadership to all Home personnel including communication and interpretation of policy, procedure and staff contracts. Ensure the proper maintenance of all resident and other records, in accordance with policy and relevant legislation
· Investigate complaints and take appropriate action. Report to the Responsible Individual.

· Salary: dependent on experience
