Role Purpose:
Working within the Client Relations department, as part of a specialist team, the key objectives are to provide support to clients, advisers andcolleagues in regard to all key Team accountabilities.
Responsible for meeting team objectives, agreed service level agreements and data accuracy.
Working closely with the Client Relations Senior Associates who will provide advice and support during the course of daily duties and with on -going training needs.
Key Accountabilities

- Maintain client files and CRM records in line with company guidelines and standards
- Assisting the business as and when required in various tasks upon request, including meeting and greeting clients, answering and dealing with incoming enquiries

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FCA Statements of Principle & Code of Practice and FCA rules at all times
- Understanding and awareness of the firm’s obligations under Consumer Duty
- Compliance with the firm’s Compliance, TCF, T&C, AML, Data Protection and Data Security Procedures at all times
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of the firm’s compliance procedures including, record keeping requirements
- Complete all work tasks encompassed within the role in accordance with the company process and standards
- Provision of assistance to reporting line as and when requested
- Provision of support to clients, teams, advisers and maintenance of a good working relationships
- Comprehension of the firm’s employee handbook and associated policies
Knowledge and experience
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum or above Grade 4 or equivalent in GCSE English Language and Mathematics
- Working towards minimum CII LP2 qualification as a minimum standard
- Experience in providing administration support in a financial planning firm
- Understanding of UK financial regulatory framework and legislation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative working style and commitment to get the job done
- High level of attention to detail
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse work place.
Desirable:
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- To work as part of a team, but also as part of the wider team/organisation as and when necessary
- Ability to analyse situations from several viewpoints
- Able to study information, request additional supporting material to enable work tasks to be completed
- To respond effectively via reporting line and adhere to company set standards and deadlines, whilst also providing support to other teams as and when the need arises
