About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be consulting for renowned household brand companies. The team is known for achieving outstanding new customer sales, delivering top-notch customer service, and providing exceptional product solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with customers at designated locations in Watford.
- Product Promotions and Sales: Leverage your product knowledge and customer service expertise to position the company as a preferred supplier. You will do this by demonstrating key product features, increasing brand awareness and completing new customer sales processes.
- Sales Skills: Craft your sales skills and deliver persuasive conversations to attract and retain customers.
- Maintaining and Developing Customer Relationships: Enhance the profitability of existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Team Support: Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment with a strong customer-first focus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with both internal team members and customers, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proactive Attitude: Approach challenges with a 'can-do' mindset, always looking for ways to achieve goals.
