Field Agent / Warrant Officer – Southampton - (SO Postcode Area)

SALARY:
Basic salary of £26,689.78 per annum plus Car Allowance.
SHIFTS:
40 hours per week. 4 x 10-hour shifts (08:00 – 18:30). No Weekends, or
40 hours per week. 5 x 8-hour shifts (08:00 – 16:30). No Weekends
ROLE:
A typical day of a Field Agent would be spent visiting our clients’ customers at their properties in an attempt to put them in touch with either our clients call centre or our own call centre. The objective being to bridge the gap in communication.
You will visit customers’ homes on behalf of our utility clients to have open and supportive conversations about their outstanding energy balances. Together, you’ll work to find a suitable resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached, you will support the execution of a warrant visit for the installation of a prepayment meter, helping the customer manage their energy usage more easily.
This is a fixed term position for three months but there may be opportunities for a successful candidate to join our permanent team of Field Agent/Warrant Officers.
This is a fully employed position.
