As part of our continued growth at D4Health, we are seeking an Occupational Health Screening Technician to join our Midlands-based team on a full-time, 12-month contract.
This is a varied and rewarding role within our Occupational Health team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based health surveillance services across the UK via our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU).

Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) or suitable personal vehicle to deliver occupational health services across the UK, including regular overnight stays (up to 4 nights per week).
- Carry out a range of health screening activities, including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS, vision screening, job-specific medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and general health assessments.
- Work flexibly to support a 24/7 service, including early starts, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- Ensure all work meets company policies, clinical protocols, SLAs, and quality standards while maintaining high levels of service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service, build strong client relationships, and accurately maintain clinical records.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in Occupational Health or health screening, with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a proactive, flexible approach.
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) and aged 25+ for insurance purposes.
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
