As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, people focused professional who takes pride in doing things properly ensuring quality, compliance, safety and great service are always at the heart of what we do.
Role Overview:
This is a full-time position (around 45 hours per week), mainly during the day, with flexibility to cover some evenings, nights, or weekends when needed.
You’ll be part of the fleet operations team, supporting our private hire, PSV and courier drivers, maintaining high standards across our vehicles and providing excellent service to our customers and partners.
Please note this role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and driving licence verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make sure our operations meet the requirements for all licensing bodies TFL, Wolverhampton, PSV, and courier. Keep track of inspections, renewals, and documentation, and ensure every vehicle and driver is compliant and roadworthy.
- Carry out regular vehicle checks and monitor service quality. Follow up on maintenance issues and accident reports to make sure standards stay high.
- Be the main point of contact for our drivers in person, over the phone, and by email. Help with onboarding, training, and day-to-day support, while building strong, positive relationships.
- Lead driver inductions and refresher sessions focused on safety, compliance and customer service. Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help drivers continuously improve.
- Take bookings and liaise directly with clients to ensure smooth, professional service delivery.
- Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues and passing on insights to improve quality and satisfaction.
- Work closely with approved garages and suppliers to ensure all maintenance and repair work meets the highest quality and safety standards.
- Organise and transport vehicles to and from garages, licensing centres, and suppliers when required.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and licensing.
- Assist with vehicle rentals, sales, and supplier coordination as needed.
- Support other departments when needed to keep everything running efficiently.

Requirements:
- A full clean UK driving licence is essential with Category D1 included.
