Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated Qualified Plumber / Multi Trader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing experience alongside general multi-trade skills and be capable of working independently or in a team across our portfolio of commercial properties.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 8 hours per day on site
Duties will include but not exclusive to;
- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Painting and decorating (internal and external)
- Multi-trade works and small-scale installations
- Proactive and reactive maintenance tasks
- Safe and effective use of power tools and access equipment
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to maintain high service standards
- Reporting directly to the Supervisor / Operations Manager
Essential Requirements
- Must be a qualified plumber
- Demonstrable multi-trade experience
- Experience within commercial property maintenance preferred
- Must be CIS registered with a valid UTR number
- Full UK clean driving licence
- Own battery-powered tools and hand tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications
- IPAF certification – preferred but not essential
- PASMA certification – preferred but not essential
- Health & Safety awareness (CSCS, asbestos awareness, manual handling etc.) – preferred but not essential
