We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and friendly team.

The role involves:
- Leading learning activities with groups and whole classes
- Covering classes during PPA time and as required
- Delivering high-quality support to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential
- Promoting positive behaviour, independence and inclusion
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
- Preparing and adapting learning resources to meet a range of needs
- Safeguarding pupils and support their wellbeing
The successful candidate will:
- Be flexible and able to work across the primary age range
- Have excellent English and Maths skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a good understanding of the National Curriculum and be able to secure good progress through teaching whole classes and interventions
- Support and uphold our school values
