Training Nights: Tuesday & Thursday OR Friday Evenings

Competition: Junior Premier League (Foundation Phase, U7-U11)
Overview
NMH Ferdinand Collective, founded by Anton & Rio Ferdinand, is one of the fastest-growing youth football organisations in the region, committed to creating elite pathways, professional opportunities, and real progression for talented young players.
We are now seeking an ambitious, driven, and high-level coach to lead one of our Junior Premier League (Foundation Phase) squads. This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach who thrives in a high-performance environment and wants to be part of a rapidly expanding organisation with strong links into professional academies and elite football pathways.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, managing competitive match-day performance, and developing players both technically and mentally within an elite youth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and lead high-level training sessions
- Deliver sessions on Tuesday & Thursday OR Friday Friday evenings, with matchday management on Saturday
- Create and implement structured weekly training programmes aligned with the NMH Ferdinand Collective philosophy
- Develop strategic game plans, manage in-game decisions, and analyse performance to drive team success
- Monitor player development, providing detailed and constructive feedback to support individual progression
- Create a professional, motivated, and disciplined environment for players on and off the pitch
- Work closely with:

- Senior management

- Organise and support:

- Tournaments

- Represent NMH Ferdinand Collective with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience coaching and/or managing within football (academy, JPL, grassroots, or elite youth level)
- UEFA C Licensed (FA Level 2) and/or experience within grassroots football
- Ability to plan and deliver high-level sessions suitable for the Junior Premier League Development Phase
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
