The role
As a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage your own caseload while contributing to the growth and development of the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:

Handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title

Managing transactions independently from instruction through to completion

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service

Supporting and mentoring junior team members
-
Contributing to the development and growth of the conveyancing function

Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:

Has 5+ years’ PQE in residential property
-
Is confident running a full caseload independently
-
Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Is well organised and able to manage competing priorities
-
Has an interest in developing their career into a senior or leadership position
-
Takes a proactive and client-focused approach
