ICBP Research Manager , 1 x Permanent and 1 x 2.5-year fixed term
Salary: £47,000-£53,000 per annum
Reports to: Senior Manager , International Evidence and Research
Department: Policy, Information and Communications
Location: London, Stratford. High Flex, 1-2 days in the office. Open to flexible working requests and home-working arrangements . Note this is a n international role and will require meetings/calls outside of normal working hours and occasional international travel.

Working hours: 35 hours per week.

Join a collaborative, global effort to improve cancer outcomes for everyone. As a Research Manager within the International Cancer Benchmarking Partnership (ICBP), you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, impactful research that helps shape cancer policy and practice across the world.
In this role, you’ll manage and deliver complex research projects across a diverse portfolio—ranging from cancer workforce and models of care to patient pathways, treatment access and cancer epidemiology. Working closely with international partners, clinicians, policymakers and researchers, you’ll ensure our evidence drives meaningful change and supports more equitable cancer outcomes.
Design, manage and oversee high-quality research, ensuring robust methods, analysis and impactful outputs
Commission external research, including drafting tenders, assessing proposals, and managing contracts, budgets and timelines
Translate complex findings into clear, accessible outputs (e.g. briefings, reports, presentations) for a wide range of audiences
Strong experience delivering a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g. evidence reviews, interviews, surveys, consensus buildi ng approaches)
