As a Senior Visualisation Artist at Foster + Partners, you’ll join a highly creative, forward-thinking visualisation and film team, shaping the tools and workflows behind world-class projects. From visualising habitats in space to transportation systems and industrial designs of the future, you’ll help build and evolve a cutting-edge VFX pipeline that empowers artists to deliver exceptional digital content at scale.

Build and shape a VFX pipeline from the ground up in a globally recognised design studio.
- Create smart, automated tools that streamline workflows and boost creative output.
- Work closely with artists, architects, and technical teams to align all pipeline development efforts on diverse, future-focused projects.
- Solve complex production challenges and remove bottlenecks across pipelines.
- Integrate off-the-shelf solutions for shot and farm management, while also developing custom tools to create a tailored setup.

4+ years experience as a Pipeline TD within VFX, animation, or a related industry.
- Advanced Python skills and experience developing tools for DCC applications (e.g. Houdini, Unreal, Nuke, 3DS Max, C4D).
- Knowledgeable in rendering tools such as Vray, Corona, Arnold, Octane.
- Strong understanding of production pipelines, rendering tools, and workflow optimisation.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with build pipelines, source control, and scene description formats such as USD.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities.
