Who are we?
A community based inter-disciplinary team (IDT) who are commissioned by case managers and NHS partners to provide assessment and therapy. We are based in Sheffield but cover Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Manchester and Yorkshire. We are looking to expand our referrals at present and therefore grow our OT team.
Who are we looking for?
OTs who have experience or background in Acquired Brain Injury, Learning Disability, Autism, Neurological Conditions, Spinal injury and Amputees.
Driver with full, valid licence.
People with experience in community healthcare.
Team players.
Fully HCPC registered Occupational Therapists
What do we offer in return?
