Job description
- Dealing with sale and purchase transactions from start to finish.
- Comfortable with freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Capable of working individually and with an assistant .
- Self motivated and focused on achieving targets.
- Strong customer service skills and awareness of client requirements.
- Knowledgeable in technical conveyancing.
- Any additional duties as required to help with the smooth running of the practice.
Essential Knowledge/ Experience required
- An understanding of residential conveyancing from beginning to end for sale and purchase transactions.
- Minimum of 2 years' working in a residential conveyancing department as an a Conveyancing Executive
- Experience of working with case management systems
Essential Skills Required
- Capable of title checking and running a file from instruction to completion
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to establish priorities and effectively manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Ability to make timely and well considered decisions
