Our renovated, sleek hotel is in need of a night porter, within our front office team!
Located on the seafront of Worthing, Marine Parade, our Night Team cover a range of customer needs including reception, setting up the continental breakfast room, on occasion serving drinks and primarily ensuring the safety of the premises. We teach you the skills to ensure our guests are smiling along with us. The idea candidate will be flexible and have a supportive helpful attitude. You are responsible for ensuring all guests expectations are met and always exceeded.
The Role -
- Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Ensure corridors are kept clear at all times
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Hands on role managing guests expectations and ensuring brand standards are met
- Preparing public areas for sunrise
- Report maintenance issues
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
With the nature of the industry our team may be asked to work weekends, although this role is mainly for Sunday through until Thursday, 10 pm to 7am. Being part of a hotel workforce, is a great place to achieve cross department training, achieving a wider knowledge and ability. The hotel is open 365 days a year
