Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
A valid driving licence and strong communication skills are essential for this position.
This is a full time permanent role with an annual salary of £27,300
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
- To arrange cover for cleaning staff (holiday leave / sick leave etc.)
- To carry out cover cleaning for sick leave / holiday leave or other short notice cover requirements (Cover cleaning will make up approximately 40% of the weekly work)
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management sector
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and team members
- Valid driving licence is required, with the ability to drive and have own vehicle
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Pay: £27,300.00 per year
