Location: Kettering.
Shift: Various shifts available including:
Monday to Friday. 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm rotating weekly.
Monday to Friday. 22:00-06:00.
Saturday and Sunday 06:00-18:00.
Pay: Starting at £28,000.00 per year depending on shift.
Navara are recruiting for production operatives who are looking to learn new skills, develop their career and to progress within a company. Experience is not essential as full, ongoing training will be given for this role.
Main duties:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety rules and procedures.
- Document production output, downtime, and maintenance performed.
- Report malfunctions or defects to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), production schedules, and quality guidelines.
- Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
