Production Operative

Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
No shifts or weekend work!
We are currently recruiting for permanent Production Operative opportunities to join our friendly and hardworking production teams based at our Shoeburyness site. The location is easily accessible by local bus routes and the C2C train line.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for stable, full-time work within a supportive team environment. Previous production or factory experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be involved in a variety of duties across the packaging department, including:
- Sealing boxes ready for dispatch using a tape gun
- Stacking completed boxes or bags onto pallets efficiently and safely
- Apply Shrink wrapping to finished pallets ensuring product security
- Operate a pump truck to transfer pallets between packaging and warehouse
- Complete associated paperwork to a high standard
- Loading product onto tables ready for processing
- Supporting the wider packaging team to ensure daily targets are met

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday

- No weekend work or rotating shifts
