We are looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales Executives to join our high-performing Tyseley showroom team.

Our average consultant earns around £28,000 with top performers significantly higher.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Selling high-value furniture and interiors
· Managing customer relationships from enquiry to completion
· Closing sales in a professional showroom environment
· Working towards realistic but ambitious sales targets
· Delivering exceptional customer experience
This is consultative selling — not pushy retail.
Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
· Furniture Sales
· Car sales
· Kitchens or fitted furniture
· Estate agency
· Bathrooms
· Commission-based retail
· Target-driven sales roles
You must:
· Be comfortable working weekends as these are our busiest times
· Be confident discussing money
· Be competitive and performance-focused
· Want to earn more than an hourly wage
Earnings & Progression
· Year 1 realistic earnings: £28k-£30k
· Top performers: £35k
· Progression into senior sales, or management roles
Your income is performance-driven. There is no cap.
