Hours
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:15pm
The role of 7.5 Tonne Sweeper Driver:
- Safely drive and operate specialist 7.5T street sweeping vehicles
- Clean designated roads, footways, public spaces and highways
- Remove litter, leaves, debris and other waste materials
- Carry out bulky waste collections in accordance with operational requirements
- Lead and complete daily routes efficiently and safely
- Conduct vehicle checks and accurately report defects or maintenance issues
- Complete all required compliance documentation including working hours and fleet records
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
The ideal 7.5 Tonne Sweeper Driver:
- Full UK Driving Licence with C1 (7.5T) entitlement
- Previous experience driving 7.5T vehicles desirable
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to undertake additional training where required
