You will join the MDT team of specialists. In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
You will also:
- Carry out initial assessments to identify clients’ therapeutic and addiction recovery needs.
- Deliver individual and group addiction therapy sessions tailored to client treatment plans.
- Manage and review a caseload, ensuring high-quality care within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and case documentation.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to case reviews, audits, and research.
- Support the development of clinical services, ensuring compliance with legislation, quality standards, and best practice in addiction treatment.
- Help ensure clients receive effective, outcome-focused care that supports recovery and delivers value.

Essential
- The role holder will have a relevant accreditation following a recognised post-graduate counselling or therapy qualification.
- Previous experience in Addiction Therapy

Accreditation with a relevant professional body is required. In certain circumstances, we may consider applicants who are working towards accreditation, provided this can be completed within 12 months of appointment.
