Teaching Assistant – Salford
Milk Education are recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a range of Primary Schools across Salford on a short-term, long-term, or day-to-day supply basis starting in September.
You'll be working with inclusive, supportive schools that are committed to creating positive learning environments where every child can thrive. Schools place a strong emphasis on collaboration, pupil wellbeing, and ensuring all learners receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for both new and experienced Teaching Assistants to gain valuable experience across a variety of school settings while making a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and development.
What You'll Be Doing in the Role:

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one, small-group, or whole-class basis.

Promoting inclusion and encouraging positive engagement in learning.

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities.

Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development throughout the school day.
Essential Qualifications:

Recent and relevant experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.

Good numeracy and literacy skills.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.

A positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
