Your Qualifications:
- Essential: Level 1 Registered Nurse Qualification.
- Essential: Valid, active NMC Registration.
- Desirable: Up-to-date Manual Handling training.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Ability to manage your workload confidently with limited supervision.
- Superb communication and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of current regulatory frameworks, safeguarding, and dignity.
- Absolute discretion and sensitivity regarding patient confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a residential care setting and creating care plans.
