Part Time Administration Assistant
Location: Sheffield, S26
LPS are a rapidly expanding property maintenance company, providing a service of all aspects of property maintenance to Corporate Clients, Letting Agents together with private landlords. The ideal candidate will have experience within this field and this would be preferable but not essential as full training can be provided.
The role of Office Administrator will include a range of activities, including answering the main telephone and directing calls appropriately, acknowledgement of emails, speaking with clients and tenants on a daily basis, booking maintenance works in, updating diaries, together with general day to day tasks you would expect within an office environment.
We are looking for a contentious, hard working, ambitious individual with good time keeping skills, looking to join a fast moving growing company, there will be opportunities for the right candidate to grow with our company and move up the career path.
Key Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good vocabulary and written English skills
- Good Team player, comfortable working with all levels of colleagues
- Ability to multi task and be proactive
The working week will be discussed at interview, the hours will be planned in over 2 to 3 days.
