Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join our busy client in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process. Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to specified instructions and quality standards
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out assembly tasks effectively
- Inspect assembled items for defects or inconsistencies and rectify as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organised work station to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during operations
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording parts used and completed units
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience in assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is desirable
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control standards are met
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling small parts
- Prior experience with assembly tasks or similar roles is preferred but not essential

Working Hours;
Monday-Thursday- 06:45am-3:20pm
Friday- 6:00am-11:00am
Pay: £12.71 per hour
