We are currently recruiting a Qualified Maths Teacher to support a range of high-achieving and improving secondary schools. Whether you’re looking for flexible supply work or a long-term teaching role, Zen gives you control over when and where you work — without the traditional agency model.
The Role – KS3 & KS4 Maths Teacher
- Teach Maths across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE focus)
- Plan and deliver structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Use assessment data to track progress and raise attainment
- Differentiate for mixed-ability classes
- Support GCSE exam preparation and targeted intervention
- Maintain strong classroom management and positive learning environments
KS5 teaching opportunities may be available depending on the school.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools
- Strong GCSE subject knowledge
- Confident behaviour management skills
- Commitment to improving pupil outcomes
