Are you an experienced Team Leader with a background in food production? We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established food company in Redditch, for multiple Team Leaders to oversee their food production background.
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee operations within the production line of a food production environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in food preparation and kitchen management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a team, ensure food safety standards, and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up production lines for daily operations
- Operating machinery efficiently and safely
- Conducting quality and weight checks to ensure compliance
- Managing and motivating a team of up to 10 staff
- Monitoring and driving KPIs to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar Team Leader or Supervisory role within food manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
