Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to join our dedicated professional team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their homes. You will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals are essential for this role.

- Worthing, West Sussex (and surrounding areas)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals in maintaining their daily routines as outlined in care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and assist in the development of individual care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role
- Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Your own form or transport (cycle, scooter, moped or car)
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
