Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B channels and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Develop customised sales strategies to meet individual client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Manage your schedule effectively to optimise client meetings and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and email communication platforms.
- Outstanding organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
