The role of Customer Service Team Leader:
- Leading a team of 10 customer service agents
- Monitoring and supervising work to meet department performance and quality standards
- Analysing monthly performance reports and identifying training needs
- Deputising for the Contact Centre Manager in their absence
- Managing and motivating team members to achieve team and organisational goals
- Carrying out monthly appraisals and supporting personal development
The ideal Customer Service Team Leader:
- Previous management or team leader experience — highly desirable
- Experience in a Customer Services call centre environment — highly desirable
- Knowledge of purchase products, complaint handling, and working to targets
- DBS and credit check required
