Responsibilities
- Carry out domestic and/or commercial cleaning to a high standard
- Work independently at various locations
- Follow job instructions provided for each assignment
- Ensure reliability and professionalism on all jobs
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to high standards
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, such as carpet cleaning or window washing
- Provide excellent customer service by responding politely and professionally to any requests or inquiries from staff or clients
Requirements
- Must be self-employed and have a valid UTR number (HMRC registration)
- Must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
Pay
- Starting from minimum hourly rate
- Higher rates may apply depending on the job type and location
- Full pay details provided before accepting each job
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
