Salary: £12.73 per hour + £62.64 per sleep-in
Hours: 40 hours per week including sleep-ins
Shift Pattern: Long days and sleep shifts required
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working with vulnerable children or young adults with challenging behaviours
- Willingness to work long days and sleep-ins
- Reliable, committed, and able to work flexibly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
My client is looking for a dedicated and resilient Children’s Support Worker to join our team supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people who may display challenging behaviours, helping them to develop independence, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.

- Long day shifts

- Maintaining professional boundaries and safeguarding standards
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is desirable
- Funded Level 3 qualification provided for candidates willing to work towards it
