Hours of work: Casual, hours as and when required, (half days and full days depending on need)
- Working pattern: Flexible, term time only
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
- Support the school’s ethos and contribute to a positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in working with young people.
- Confidence, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively.
- IT literate, confident using Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in schools is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
