Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Mon-Thurs, 8:30am to 4pm Friday.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting consultants by identifying and engaging top talent across a variety of sectors. This is a candidate-focused role with clear progression routes into recruitment consultancy for those interested in a more sales-focused career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates
- Using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to attract talent
- Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships
- Managing and updating the recruitment database
- Supporting consultants with recruitment campaigns and market research
