Netball Coach & Academy Assistant
£15,232 - £16,184 per annum based on an FTE of £28,561 - £30,345 per annum
20 hours per week
Fixed Term until 31st January 2028
About the Role
- Lead coaching and performance development of the College 2nd Netball Team competing in the AoC Premier League and National Cup
- Support the delivery and ongoing development of Hartpury’s netball programme
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Netball Academy Manager
- Contribute to a high-performance environment focused on student-athlete development
- Assist in the growth and success of the Netball Academy
- Help maintain and enhance Hartpury’s reputation as a leading netball provider in the education sector
About You
- Passionate and motivated netball coach with experience working with talented athletes in performance or educational settings
- Holds a minimum UKCC Level 1 Netball Coaching Qualification (First Aid qualification desirable)
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to player development and coaching excellence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and flexible approach to both coaching and administrative duties
- Dedicated to upholding Hartpury’s values and contributing to the continued success and growth of the netball programme
