Sales Negotiator – Addlestone/West Byfleet
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (OTE)
We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our successful teams in Woking and Walton.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for registering buyers, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers to secure sales. This role is all about people, so confidence, enthusiasm, and drive are key.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (estate agency experience 12 Months)
- Someone motivated, ambitious, and ready to hit the ground running – not a trainee role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
