We're looking for a professional and detail-oriented cleaner to join our cleaning team!
You'll be cleaning a friendly, over-55s development based in Sidcup. Your duties involve cleaning all communal areas that residents and staff use, such as the external courtyard, walkways, stairwells and lift. This means that you'll be carrying out thorough cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, removing cobwebs and wiping clean etc. Full on-site training will be given.
Please note, the majority of cleaning takes place outside as you'll be required to sweep an external courtyard and the walkways leading to residents' flats. You'll also be cleaning stairwells which are located inside of the building.
There is a total of 2 hours per week available for a morning clean. You can access the building from 9am with the current clean taking place on Fridays, however we are flexible and can ammend this day to suit the right candidate. Hours must be completed between Monday - Friday only, no weekends. We can find a day which suits you to be your chosen day for cleaning.
We are looking for someone who lives locally, has a can-do attitude and someone who can be friendly and polite to the wonderful residents and staff. Cleaning experience is favourable. If this role sounds perfect for you, make sure to apply!
