Job Summary
We are seeking a trainee Property Care Assistant to work across our window cleaning and grounds maintenance teams. Working alongside our teams you will learn all aspects of commercial grounds maintenance, and residential, commercial, internal and high reach window cleaning
Duties
- On the grounds team, you'll assist with all aspects of grounds maintenance, learning to work with commercial machinery to keep the grounds of client's sites looking their best.
- You'll learn how to care for lawns, shrubs, hedges and trees, with an opportunity for a funded horticulture course.
- You'll also work alongside our window cleaning team, learning how to care for windows on both residential and commercial sites
Experience
- Some grounds maintenance or window cleaning experience would be beneficial but training will be provided
A willingness to learn, attention to detail and strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Also required is excellent physical fitness as this is a highly active role.
A driving license is essential, as is an excellent command of English
Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
