Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within private homes or commercial premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing essential cleaning services that contribute to the comfort and well-being of our clients. Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is advantageous, along with skills in cooking and customer service. Duties
- Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
- Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing of surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and maintained properly
- Organise laundry services where applicable, including washing, drying, and folding clothes or linens
- Prepare light refreshments or assist with basic cooking tasks if required by clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Freshers welcomed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
