As our nursery continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Deputy Manager to help lead our dedicated team and shape the future of our setting.
Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and ensuring every child thrives in our nurturing, child-led environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day leadership of the nursery
- Leading and motivating a small team, modelling outstanding practice
- Supporting safeguarding, curriculum development, and quality improvement
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Taking the lead in the Manager's absence to ensure smooth and compliant operations
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
- A confident mentor who enjoys supporting and developing others
- A warm, proactive, and positive approach to leadership
