Duties:
- You will accurately diagnose vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic tools
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Conduct software updates and vehicle programming as part of your duties
- Communicate technical issues effectively to service advisors and customers
- Support and mentor junior technicians when required
- Maintain accurate records of diagnostics and repairs
Specification:
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Technician
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Ability to interpret technical data and diagnostic reports
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
- Full UK driving licence is essential
